OK, my team, under the beautiful direction of Coach Katherine, is hosting THREE challenge groups that are all starting in August, in the next few weeks!

CIZE Challenge Group (4 weeks, 28 days)

Start date: Monday, August 17

Requirements:

  • Order your Cize Challenge Pack
  • Join and be involved (comment daily) in the secret Facebook group to keep yourself motivated and accountable, and to be eligible for weekly prize giveaways!
  • Follow the nutrition plan that comes with the program.
  • Commit to replacing one meal or snack a day with Shakeology for the duration of the challenge.

  • The 3 Day Refresh is an optional bonus; it’s a great way to kickstart weight-loss and feel great in just 3 days! Watch the video I linked above.
  • Join and be involved (comment daily) in the secret Facebook group to keep yourself motivated and accountable, and to be eligible for weekly prize giveaways!
  • Follow the nutrition plan that comes with the program.
  • Commit to replacing one meal or snack a day with Shakeology for the duration of the challenge.

This is a great option if you already have a program in mind and just need a kickstart to actually begin. The time is NOW. By being in the accountability group and checking in daily, you will be amazed by how you’ll look forward to your workouts and food prep and in turn, how quickly you’ll see and feel the results!
