Thankful Thursday! Today I’m incredibly thankful for my health, my want to strive towards becoming a better person all the time and the fact that I’m able to make my own choices in life.
One of the best choices I’ve made in the past few months was the one to become a Beachbody coach. And for this push and constant encouragement, I’m ever so grateful for my coach, Katherine!!!
The first challenge group I was part of was called 15 in ’15 and we’re running another one starting on September 28. We will be using the 30 day free trial of Beachbody On Demand, so you’ll get a taste of the awesomeness of BOD. Each workout will be selected from the over 200 workout programs that are always on BOD, streaming on your TV, computer, phone or tablet, wherever you have internet.
If you’re new to working out everyday, that’s okay! There are modifications to every single move in every workout, so fear not. And if you’re an old pro, these trainers will make you sweat! If/when you’re sore, ask for help and tips from the coaches, and we’ll keep you motivated and on the right track, the whole way through! A meal plan will be provided that is easy to follow and full of healthy, nutritious and sustaining clean meals.
