Tushy Tuesday: November Squat Challenge!

Happy Tuesday everyone!

This past month I’ve been participating in a plank challenge, run by one of my teammates! Through the month, we went from holding a 20 second plank to holding a 5 minute plank!!! All my planks in yoga, PiYo and P90X are a breeze now!

That challenge was such a success and so much fun, so I’m going to be running a squat challenge for the month of November!

Squats REALLY target your lower body and are much easier more efficient than any fancy gym machine.

This challenge will be 30 days of squats, and you even get some rest days! We will start with 50 on day one and on day 30 we’ll each be doing 250 squats! I’ll be running the group and posting every morning with the assigned number of squats for that day! I’ll even throw in a random lucky draw prize winner in the middle of the challenge, open to those who participate fully by posting and engaging in the group!

You can do squats while making dinner, setting the Thanksgiving feast table, brushing your teeth or while making your way to an airport gate (me, this morning).
