Workout Wednesday: PiYo!

Good morning! If you follow me on social media, you may have seen me post about PiYo, because I’m teaching PiYo LIVE now (and I’m really excited about it!)


PiYo is a really awesome body-strength training workout, where, using important elements from yoga and Pilates like physical alignment, breath-work and the importance of developing the core, you will use your own body weight to sweat, stretch and strengthen yourself, sculpting a long, lean and strong body!

Through flowing and constant movement, you will target and transform all the muscles of the body, both big and small.

In one hour, through cranked up music, speed, and fun moves, I’ll give you an intense, yet low-impact workout that will burn crazy calories for a long, lean, beautiful physique. And, there’s no need to spend hours hopping from class to class. You’ll sweat, stretch, and strengthen—all in one empowering PiYo LIVE workout!
