I’ve started teaching PiYo LIVE and I’m so excited about it!
PiYo is a wonderful cocktail of the core-building and stretching of Pilates and the balance, alignment and flow of yoga, paired with constant movement and motion to create a fun, low impact but still sweat-filled class!
We strengthen, stretch and smile our way through an hour of flowing moves that will elongate and tone your muscles in ways you never thought possible!
